What is your turn-around time?

The typical turnaround time is 2-4 weeks depending on our current workload, seasonality, recipe type and more.

How are images delivered?

You will review image proofs in a Pixieset gallery before they are edited to choose your favorites from the shoot. The number of images will be agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

Final images are delivered via email in a ZIP file.

Do you offer discounted pricing?

Yes! We do offer discounts for 3-month and 6-month partnerships for sponsored content. Please inquire about discounted rates for long-term partnerships to learn more.

How can I communicate with you during the project?

Our team is available via email and will respond to your message within 48 hours.

How are video files delivered?

Final video files are delivered via email in the form of a Google Drive link. You are able to download the video from Google Drive to use on your own platforms.

Individual video files are not provided unless agreed upon at the beginning of the project.
